Dave Lefkow is currently the CEO of talentspark, a consulting firm that helps companies use technology to gain a competitive advantage for talent.

Dave has been in the online recruiting game since its inception when he helped launch the first online call center recruiting initiative with a major telecommunications firm, which successfully drove their cost-per-hire from $1,500 to under $100. Since then, he has been a trusted advisor to a host of leading edge organizations in a variety of industries, including Microsoft, Starbucks, Boeing, T-Mobile, Washington Mutual, Amazon, Nike, AT&T Wireless, Swedish Medical Center and HP.

Most recently, Dave was VP of Professional Services for Jobster, helping take the company from 5 employees and an idea on a whiteboard to a technology and services firm with hundreds of customers, thousands of users and millions in revenue. While there, he built industry partnerships with companies like Taleo and Kenexa, launched an innovative professional services group and helped evangelize the Jobster value proposition in the industry.
